Every customer is responsible for all content uploaded, stored, transmitted, or hosted using our infrastructure. Users must ensure that their websites, applications, databases, emails, scripts, and downloadable content comply with all applicable local and international laws.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Polanhost.com servers and network infrastructure:

• Illegal businesses or services.
• Fake online banking platforms.
• Fake investment companies.
• Ponzi or pyramid schemes.
• HYIP investment scripts.
• Forex scams or fake trading platforms.
• Fake cryptocurrency exchanges or wallets.
• Fraudulent loan websites.
• Clone websites intended to impersonate legitimate companies.
• Phishing pages designed to collect usernames, passwords or financial data.
• Identity theft or impersonation websites.
• Carding or financial fraud activities.
• Distribution of malware, ransomware or malicious software.
• Spam, unsolicited bulk email or abusive email campaigns.
• Copyright infringement or distribution of pirated software.
• Any activity that threatens internet security or violates applicable laws.

02Monitoring and Compliance

Polanhost.com reserves the right to investigate any website hosted on our platform whenever abuse reports, legal complaints, security alerts, automated monitoring systems, or law enforcement requests indicate possible violations. Customers acknowledge that our abuse team may review hosted content solely for the purpose of enforcing these Terms and protecting our infrastructure.

If any website appears to contain illegal materials, fraudulent investment operations, rogue banking scripts, phishing pages, scam software, cloned financial services, or any other prohibited content, Polanhost.com may take immediate action without requesting additional information from the customer.

04Account Suspension and Termination

Customers understand and agree that Polanhost.com has absolute discretion to suspend, disable, restrict, or permanently terminate any hosting account that violates these Terms and Conditions. Suspension may occur immediately upon detection of prohibited activities in order to protect other customers, network resources, and the reputation of our services.

Accounts terminated for abuse, fraud, illegal activities, or security threats may not be eligible for restoration. Any associated domains, backups, files, emails, databases, or other stored information may be permanently removed from our systems without further notice.

05No Refund Policy for Violations

Customers whose accounts are suspended or terminated for violating these Terms, including hosting prohibited banking scripts, investment platforms, fraudulent applications, or illegal services, shall not be entitled to any refund of hosting fees, domain registration fees, renewal charges, or any other payments made to Polanhost.com.

06Customer Responsibility

It is solely the responsibility of every customer to verify that all websites, applications, software, and content hosted under their account comply with our policies. Customers are responsible for the actions of their employees, developers, partners, resellers, and any third party granted access to their hosting account.

Failure to monitor or supervise your hosted content does not exempt you from responsibility for violations committed through your account.

07Offshore Hosting

If your project requires hosting that may not fall within the acceptable use policies of Polanhost.com, please do not host such content on our network. Instead, you may consider our offshore hosting platform, where different hosting policies may apply.
